set > This crib set combines Amy Butler's Daisy Chain and Midwest Modern II fabric series. The following belongs to the Daisy Chain series: Dandelion Field, Sweet Jasmine, and Pressed Flowers; The Midwest Modern II series includes the ivory Honeycomb and Martini Blush. The dominant colors that bind everything together are green, pink and natural. L. R. ordered the fabric thru Fabric.com on 1/16/09 and I completed her order exactly one month later. I shipped the order back on 2/17/09. Some of my customers mentioned how fast the turnaround time is. Well, this project is a perfect example of that. So what came in
the set, this time around? I made two comforters: the first is a crib size on and the other a trundle bed size. Both are piped in Honeycomb and both are reversible, using respectively: Pressed Flowers / Honeycomb and Dandelion Field / Sweet Jasmine. Since the trundle quilt is way larger than my usual crib quilts, L. R. wanted each side made with 4 quadrants. The dust ruffle is tailored with 12" drop. It is made using a coordinating stripe pattern, aligned vertically. I made the skirting only on 3 sides as the crib will be positioned against the wall. The accessories include: a couple of Pressed Flowers changing pad covers, Honeycomb basket liners in 3 different sizes: small, medium and large as well as pillows of different sizes and shapes.
